If you are experiencing any issues with the SMS messaging service, you can reply to the toll free number with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance. You also can email Andrus at info@andruspowersolutions.com for additional assistance.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent from Andrus to the customer or from the customer to Andrus. If you have any questions regarding your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
